Meet Jairus Carroll, a dynamic 24-year-old from Annapolis, Maryland, whose life story is a testament to the power of discipline, character, and purpose. Raised by a devoted Pastor and First Lady, Jairus was grounded in values of structure and selflessness from an early age—qualities that have shaped his impressive journey.

 

From the basketball court to the classroom, Jairus’s path has been marked by excellence and dedication. He played four years of college basketball, with three of those years fully funded by scholarships. His academic achievements are just as notable, holding an Associate's degree in Sports and Fitness Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

 

Today, Jairus wears multiple hats: he’s a full-time Coordinator of Community Service, empowering individuals with disabilities in Anne Arundel County, and a life insurance agent, guiding people from all walks of life toward wealth and generational prosperity.
