Sherita holds a BA in Psychology from American University, along with an MA in Human Services Counseling and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Liberty University. Professionally, Sherita has been a clinical researcher for more than 25 years and has worked for companies seeking to bring new medical products to patients in need.

 

In addition, Sherita has conducted qualitative research in the areas of organizational leadership and prison reform. Sherita moves through life with a servant's posture and actively seeks opportunities to help others in every area of her life. Sherita credits the many teachers encountered along her journey with showing the way to positively impact humanity, and Sherita seeks to carry on their legacy each and every day.
